Getting to know you and asking questions
You tell me what your business does and what you want from a website. I keep asking: who lands on your site, what should that person be able to find, what already brings you customers? This is the most important step for me. A website that does not match your customers can look great and still not work.
Fixed price and clear agreements
You get a proposal from me with a fixed price: what I build, what is included and when it is ready. No extra billing afterwards and no open ends. You pay a deposit at the start, the rest on delivery. Would you rather pay a monthly fee with nothing up front? Then we look at an all-in subscription.
Building, with you involved
I design and build your site, and you watch along as I go. In your portal you see the progress and the previews, and you send your feedback straight through. I adjust until it fits. If you do not have an account, I send you a share link with the status and the preview.
Live, and after that
Once you are happy the site goes live and you pay the remaining amount. After that you can choose: manage it yourself, or a service subscription where I pick up the updates, backups and your changes. Even without a subscription I stay reachable for questions.

Listen first, then build
I do not start designing before I understand what you need. That saves us both time.
A reply within one working day
A question or comment does not sit around. And you get an answer from me, not from a help desk.
No radio silence
In your portal you see the status and what I am working on, even when there is nothing for you to do.
Honest advice
If something is not needed or not worth the investment, I will say so. Even when I earn less from it.
